This is an assignment for vocal pedagogy class. Choose THREE ideas or exercises from at these TWO
different readings to try ou you own. Then answer the following questions for each idea/exercise: 1. Describe
each idea or exercise and their purpose. Be sure to include the author and the page number. (at least 1
sentence each) 2. In your writing, discuss how you tried these ideas/exercises and what you noticed. (at least 2
sentences each, keep asking why…) 3. Did anything surprise you in the readings? Did the ideas cause you to
consider something you haven't yet considered about how you hold your body/instrument? What pedagogical
questions do you still have about posture/alignment? You could use simple english, but please build
