Astragal’s directors have instructed your firm to provide detailed advice on some aspects of current planning and development practice that the directors need to inform its expansion discussions. Task Provide a detailed report that critically assesses the practical benefits and disadvantages of: (i)acquiring existing industrial premises,(ii)purchasing brownfield sites for industrial sector development,(iii)permission in Principle measures in the Housing and Planning Act 2016. Also provide a critical commentary on the importance of rental and yield data in valuing industrial buildings and the practical difficulties that may be involved in sourcing such data?
