The poem is called “The Sins of the Father” W.D Erhart. My argument is about how the father should do something instead of standing there hearing her daughter cry.
Here is my thesis: In conclusion Sins Of The Father is protruding the emotions the father as a young boy once caused upon others . The negative emotions and shame he caused is what he sees in his own daughter . He should have consoled her bringing up her confidence as he knows well what such bad remarks cause a victim to go through. He recalls the times his own victims might have cried themselves to sleep or dreaded getting up for school as stated in the ending of the narrative .
