Ethics is an important aspect of any business and as a business owner and/or business manager, you have to be always on the “lookout” for any people who might be inclined to act unethically. A very small percentage of employees commit fraud and/or steal from their employer, but it is important to implement measures to detect and avoid situations like this. It can only take one employee to cause a business to go bankrupt and/or lose its credibility.
