Population Control Policies

Instructions
Part 1.
Please take a look at this 3 minute video:

and or conduct some quick research and write a paragraph or so addressing one of these issues:
1) The relationship between areas of high population growth and high child mortality.
2) The relationship between areas of high population growth and high per capita income.
3) The relationship between areas of high population growth and high per capita (per person) environmental impact
Part 2.
Post a rough estimate of how much the global human population has increased since the decade that either you or your parents were born. Use this UN population table (attached) (scroll down to page 5 for the table) and report this both as an absolute number of people and as a percentage of the number of people that were alive when you (or your parent) was born. Then explain of what you think will happen to global resources if human population continues unabated and your thoughts about population control policies: Should the rights of individuals to procreate be altered for the good of future generations? Is there any type of population control policy that you would advocate for or by which you would abide?
