Define the health problem of heart disease in the US. in epidemiological terms as if you were doing the study: Determine the diagnostic criteria for heart disease. Include at least 2 evidence-based references that are no more than 5 years old. Include the clinical description, laboratory criteria and other pertinent criteria. Describe the frequency in the population by determining the population at risk by gender and age. You may use the same references if they include this data, but cite your source/s. List the determinants of heart disease in the US being sure to understand the definition of "determinant" and the breadth of things that are covered. Include the recognized definition of health determinants, social and environmental determinants.
