contractor is required oversee repairs
● A homeowner, landlord or business owner that files a claim with their insurance
company due to a covered loss. Fire, water, vehicle into building etc.
● Construction projects $500,000 or less
● Victims of natural disasters. Wildfires, wind and hail storms.
