Begin by accessing and purchasing the Case Study, “Do you really think we are so stupid?” A letter to the CEO of Deutsche Telekom (A) if you haven’t already.
Each part of the Progressive Case Study (Parts A, B, and C) should include a 3-4 page paper that begins with a one-page Executive Summary. Additionally, you will put together a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the case, your responses to the questions presented, and your recommendations. Each week, your group will submit ONE MS Word document and ONE PowerPoint with no more than 15 slides.
For Part A, include responses to the following questions:
What are the major challenges at Deutsche Telekom and what is critical for its survival and future success?
What do the think the customers, general public, investors, and employees thought of the leaked letter?
