  1. Choose a project. It may be a project you are currently involved in or a potential business idea.
  2. Describe a project using Project Brief.
  3. Make up a WBS for your project indicating not less than 40 tasks decomposed up to the third level.
  4. Make up a Project Network and calculate the length of the Critical Path.
  5. Prepare the project using MS Project or its analogues.
