Project Management (Quality Plan)

Project Management – Quality Plan During this module, we (finally!) reach the last of the planning stages needed to get the project going, and talk about the project kickoff. Quality planning is sometimes a neglected part of project planning, but given the standards the project team and project manager are usually held to by the sponsor, including quality in the planning process, and adopting quality tools, improves the end result and the reduces the possibility the project will be considered a failure.
