(attached) . Write a three-page paper. In your analysis, relate your discussion to the concepts and how an understanding of these concepts can enable HSEM practitioners to understand better the vulnerable populations in communities, thus better plan for these vulnerabilities. Remember that this analysis is about
what you learned from the assigned readings for this week and your application of the knowledge. You must
