You work in the head office of a major charity, Unicef UK. The charity wants to ensure that it provides an equal opportunity workplace for employees coming from disadvantaged backgrounds and employees from minority groups.
However, they have experienced a problem that many of these new employees lack specific skills related to ‘work readiness’.
