Rights of a Patient

 Determine what your exact rights are as a patient.  voice your concerns or complaints to your doctor, decide when it is time to find a new doctor, and learn to prepare yourself for the transition from one doctor to the next.  Consider whether doctors who are artists as well as scientists are more inclined to have effective doctor-patient relationships.  Use what you have learned about patients' rights to become medical advocates for your own health, your families', or your clients'.
