Rise Of China

I Defensive neorealism suggests that the international system incentivizes states to behave in ways that maximize their relative security and protect their status quo. It follows that we shouldn't really be all that worried about China's rise. They will simply rise to the level at which they balance U.S power, and the resulting balance in the system will lead to stability. Agree or disagree? Why?
