To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you must be a good fit for the Intelligence Analyst opportunity:
• A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics related to corporate, military or law enforcement investigations
• Experience with all-source intelligence methodologies
• An understanding of current global threat dynamics and trends, including – but not limited to – violent extremism, terrorism, geopolitical risk, cyber threats, and criminal activity particularly regarding the manufacturing industry
• A demonstrated ability to develop metrics, perform critical analysis, identify threats and develop leadership decision support content

Safety & Security Officer (1 year experience)
• Conduct tours of the facility to identify and report at risk behaviors, hazards, rule violations, and life safety/security equipment failures
• Respond to major incidents involving severe weather, accidents, injuries, fires, power outages, theft, building evacuations, etc.
• Directing accident investigations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations to determine causes that occur on or affect company property
• Oversee workplace repair such as Hot Works, installations and any other work that could harm employees’ safety
• Perform first aid, CPR, and use AED
• Conduct drug and alcohol screens, conduct safety and security audits

Security Officer (1 year ½ experience)
● Frequent interaction with mental and emotional stress related to working with persons who are ill, disabled, elderly and/or emotionally upset
● Watch for irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations
● Remain alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious persons and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators, as required, until police arrive
● Patrol assigned area on foot, or in a motor vehicle, as assigned, to ensure personal, building, and equipment security
● Write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations

Background Investigator (2 years experience)
● Interpret entry and reporting of criminal records
● Research and report information in accordance with the Public Information Act
● Help clients make the best hiring decision and tenant placement with the goal of ensuring a safer work
● Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals
● Handle confidential information with respect and integrity
