SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Provide ANY SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE to anyone for a minimum of one month
(a minimum of four engagements). Your service needs to include other humans in a direct or an
indirect way and can be paid or unpaid. During the process and after the completion of the
service, please write a reflection and analysis paper, answering and expanding on the following:

the service process.

3) What are the experts advising on the delivery of this or similar service to ensure its

4) How can you apply a Service Profit Chain Theory to the service of your choice?
5) Describe the customer experience which you have created. On the scale of excellence
from 1 to 10, how would you rate the customer experience? What did you do well?
