Social-emotional disabilities

  Now that you have learned more about social-emotional disabilities and the impact they can have on young children, think about how you could modify your curriculum to be beneficial to children with attention disorders. Activities involving small groups of children (2-5 children) are known to be difficult for children with attention disorders. These children easily become frustrated and/or distracted. For your initial post, share two small group table activities you could include in your program for a child with ADD/ADHD. How can you modify those activities to overcome this child's disability and ensure that he or she is included in small group activities?
