For this assignment, you are to select a celebrity or some other famous personage and write a brief (no more
than two paragraphs) epitaph for that person. Following that, you are to discuss what social expectations
influenced yours (and other) epitaphs. Discuss what you would want said to others in your own epitaph. In our
society, we tend to shelter children from death (or at least we think we do). In conclusion, write a brief design to
an educational program to teach children about death and to prepare them for the inevitable death of
pets/grandparents. How early should your program be started.
