"Social Issues & Global Justice."

  Write an opinion paper about an issue within the theme of this class, "Social Issues & Global Justice." Opinion papers are intended to help you prepare to analyze an issue in more depth in your research paper. These are not mere summaries of an issue, but should demonstrate active engagement with it: you need to take a stand. Since my focus is discrimination and it is very much related to sterotypes and based on race , religion, color, national origin, ancestary, physical or mental disbalitlty, medical condition and more. Discrimination is something we can't prevent people from doing or acting on. It can also be when someone treats a person differently, or less favorable, for some reason. It can occur anywhere like at school, at work, in a public place, such as a mall or subway station. It is very much an unavoidable issue. Some might say in order to fix this issue we should respect cultural and racial differences in the workplace. Be professional in conduct and speech, refuse to initiate, participate, or condone discrimination and harassment and avoid race-based or culturally offensive humor or pranks. It would also be helpful to raise awareness, challenge everyday discrimination and racism and report racist or discriminatory content online. However, in order to avoid bias stereotypes in the outside world we need to educate others on the equality among us.
