Sociology of Race, Gender, and Class policy analysis

Using course concepts, course materials, and our tools for analyzing race, class and gender, do you find that the recommendations do an adequate job of understanding race, gender, and class in sociological ways? How likely is it that these policy proposals, if implemented, would result in change to the social structures of race, gender, and class?
