Choose a GCC organization and compare and contrast how sustainability efforts affect their stakeholders. Your paper should analyze how the organization’s sustainability compliance efforts includes and affects its stakeholders. Explain every type of stakeholders (internal: employees, leadership; external: stockholders, citizens in the area the business operates, contractors, NGOs, etc.) and how the sustainability efforts impacted them. Which of the stakeholders are the most critical for the organization to survive and which are not critical for the organization’s success but important for numerous other reasons?
