Standards and article critique

Research two of the standards from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
(cpalms.com for any of grades K-5) and write a four-page paper describing: the standards, why they are
important, and what the standards would look like, feel like, and sound like in an early childhood program. The
first section of your assignment is to be a summary of the standard including the main points stated in this
assignment, including all critical elements of the standards. You must include the NAEYC website and at least
one article from a professional reading journal associated for each of the standards you choose. A minimum of
4 pages is expected and the link to the article is to be included.
