central truth and common purpose and define it.
Identify your need for reform. What is broken or wrong about the current situation related to your common
purpose? Use data to build your case for change.
What are you seeking to change? Create goals and define your ideal outcome.
Articulate how you will spread the word about your cause for revolution. Which resources will you secure?
Money? Intellectual or financial partners? How will you see your revolution come to fruition?
