The client meeting can take place in person, via webconference, or on the phone. Include a minimum of two credible sources.

Chapter 9. “A Health Care Leader’s Role in Building Knowledge,” pages 169–189. The chapter discusses the importance of learning, both as individuals and organizations.
Chapter 11, “Leading Change: First Steps in Employing Strategic Intelligence to Get Results,” pages 259–309. This chapter covers the monitoring and reporting of performance measures.
