2. What is the right HR structure for Sonoco? Why?

   divisional structure, or matrix structure as the best HR structure for Sonoco.
3. Using the VRIO framework (see the Barney and Wright 1998 article), evaluate whether or not the HR
   reorganization creates a sustainable competitive advantage for Sonoco.
