Strategic Organizational Issue Description

    Briefly describe the issue’s potential impact on organizational effectiveness Describe the goals in addressing the issue, areas of concern, key players (names optional), and the leadership challenge(s) faced. Background -The strategic organizational issue I’m using is organizational culture and behavior modification. I will use a former (Air Force communications squadron) organization I was a member of and discuss selfishness, lack of empathy and lack of trust from its leaders. Changing the culture of an organization can be a huge task and one of the most difficult leadership challenges. An organizations culture consists of an interlocking set of goals, roles, processes, values, communications, practices, attitudes, and assumptions (Denning, 2011). The most effective strategy begins with leadership tools
