Background -The strategic organizational issue I’m using is organizational culture and behavior modification. I will use a former (Air Force communications
squadron) organization I was a member of and discuss selfishness, lack of empathy and lack of trust from its leaders. Changing the culture of an
organization can be a huge task and one of the most difficult leadership challenges. An organizations culture consists of an interlocking set of goals, roles,
