Given the picture define an optimization modeling and solve it that includes
network modeling,
integer programming,
simulation and forecasting modeling.
- Describe the problem.
- Write all the required assumptions.
- Report all the information and data you need for your problem.
- Define the objective function(s) and decision variables.
- Write all the required constraints (at least 10 constraints).
- Solve the problem in excel.
· Your model may include network modeling, integer programming, nonlinear programing, simulation and forecasting modeling (At least 2 of them. The more is better!).
· You can generate data or use some real data. If you are generating data should makes sense (for example unit price is greater than unit cost).
· You don’t have to consider all the stages of the supply chain.
