1. Pick a business (or make up one). 2. Describe the business in about a half page (purpose, size industry, age, etc.). 3. Perform a SWOT analysis (at least one page). 4. Identify at least one action, project or activities for each category (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) that you would add to an annual strategic business plan for the next year to address that category of topics. (At least 1/2 page per category). 5. Write a one-page conclusion/summary, explaining the value of performing this type of analysis annually for the business you selected.
