    o discusses the current state of adoption (% of total electricity consumption) in ONE or TWO location of interest (your home town, Vermont, US etc.)
    o if you pick TWO locations, compare and discuss differences/similarities
    o provides insight in barriers to adoption (and how to overcome them) if the rate of adoption is low
    o provides insight in reasons for accelerated adoption if the rate of adoption is high
