The purpose of this exercise is to give you some experience in planning healthy affordable meals for one day for a family of four. Key things to consider are: healthy options, time to prepare, and affordability.

Indicate the preparation required, the goal being to minimize the time to prepare. (Each meal should take no longer than 30 minutes to prepare.)
