The effect of Environmental Conditions on enzyme functions

If something about the environment changes the three-dimensional shape of the active site of a protein, the activity of the enzyme may be altered. What are some environmental conditions that you think may alter enzyme shape? While some environmental conditions can cause a protein to become denatured (to lose their shape), otha' conditions may increase the enzyme’s activity. How might they do this?
