  Describe how you would approach the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR), that includes a discussion on Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), and Value-based Payment Modifier (VBM) and how they relate to information system.
