Reflect on the issues presented in this week’s resources, being sure to consider and integrate the points made in the readings. (Articles attached) Then, select a company (possibly your own or one such as Southwest Airlines) (Writer can select any company) and develop a paper applying the concepts you have learned. The paper should examine the relationship that the company has with its customers, employees, and other stakeholders through its application of the 5 C’s, 4 P’s, STP, and any corporate social responsibility activities the company engages in. Finally, consider the company’s product and marketing strategy as it relates to the issue of corporate sustainability and potential consumer paralysis due to excessive choices. Support the discussion with specific examples.
