Time in life when trying to change behavior

Chapter 10 discusses Donald Meichenbaum's proposed three-phase process of behavior change. Please list and define the three phases. • With this process in mind, can you think of a time in your life when you were trying to change your behavior? (e.g., improving study habits, changing a bad habit in your relationships, improving job performance, improving your self-perception). Please briefly share an example (to the degree you feel comfortable disclosing). • With that example in mind, if you were a client in therapy getting help with the above problem, which of these steps would be the most difficult for you to address? Which would be the easiest for you? Please explain.
