Traditional ecological knowledge

The reading by Johnson says that Indigenous peoples have traditional ecological knowledge of the environment. Traditional ecological knowledge is sometimes seen as seasonal knowledge. Seasonal refers to the idea that an economy is based on being able to anticipate how seasons will affect farming. 1.
