Please use EEBO and ECCO to search for the travellers’ account between 1600 and 1800 and find their discovery of food in India, Japan and China. (it has to be who travels between 1600 and 1800). For example, the discovery of different staple food in different region due to the climate, or different preference for different kinds of meat, etc.
