Select one person whom you trust and whose input you value. Choose someone who will listen to you with an open mind and who will be honest in providing feedback. Share with that person the three most important things you learned this semester. Include what you have been working on in the course, including your major stressors, why you think your quality of life could improve if you managed stress better, some of the techniques you have used to prevent and manage stress, and your plan for the future. Ask for their perspective on both your stressors and your plan. After you have talked with this person, write your response to the following questions:
- Who did you talk to and why?
- What input, advice, and observations did this person offer? What, if any, of this person’s feedback was useful to you?
- What did you learn from this sharing?
