a. Briefly summarize the Tuskegee Study. (What was it? Who led/sponsored it? Who was studied on what basis? How long did it last?) b. Reflect on the Nuremberg Code. (See my PowerPoint laying it out if that’s helpful to recall.) Answer This: What aspects of the Tuskegee Study were problematic in terms of those principles? c. What ethical theories or principles (consider our first five weeks of the term) support those same concerns in the Nuremberg Code?
