1. Explain the factors which could lead to behaviours likely to disrupt the learning environment. Discuss the key aspects of both legislation and organisational
policies relating to behaviour and explain why it is important to promote appropriate behaviour and respect for others.
2. Explain and analyse how you promote appropriate behaviour and respect for others in order to create a safe and inclusive learning environment making reference
to theories of behaviour management. Include the impact of your own behaviour on learners and the learning environment.

3. Produce a written report that discusses a critical incident or situation that you have encountered in which you have had to deal with the behaviour of a
learner or learners. This can cover such issues as poor attendance or punctuality, low motivation or engagement, inappropriate or unacceptable behaviours.
