•Grills both gas and charcoal
•Pool chemicals
Develop a quarterly slotting plan for each of the three warehouses. Quarters are Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept,
Oct-Dec. This is a report to upper management; therefore it must be written in a professional report form.
Justify all your recommendations.
