Weathering and Mass Wasting

  Mechanical and chemical erosion, mud slides, dust storms, and coastal beach erosion are all subjects covered in this week's reading. Find an example of weathering or mass wasting (like eroded slopes or washed-away gravel, for instance) in your own neighborhood (or somewhere you've been.) Take a photo or two of it, and then post it in your Discussion. Your post should also include a description of your picture - where you took it, what kind of weathering or mass wasting it represents, etc.
