”White House Down “

For this assignment, each student should submit a video review of a movie that is somehow related to supply
chain management. One example of such a movie is “Smokey and the Bandit” as it deals with procurement
and transportation. Another example is “Castaway” as it involves small package transportation. Another is the
movie “Gung Ho” as it involves automotive manufacturing. Note I mention these movies as examples and not
endorsements of their quality or message.
The video review should be submitted via Panopto in the Movie reviews folder. The review should include a
discussion of how the movie relates to supply chain. However, it can also include a general recap/review of the
movie as well. Note that to get full credit on this assignment each student will also have to submit anonymous
evaluations of the reviews turned in by two other students.
When turning in this assignment, please indicate the name of the video file in Panopto that contains your
review.
You can do this assignment as a group, but if so please indicate who is in your group. Also, each individual in
the group will still have to do two peer reviews.
