Why the department of veteran affairs needs improvement

Discuss the topic in an essay there should be six sources all together. Cite the source MLA style followed by three paragraphs. The first paragraph should summarize the source. The second paragraph should show authorship, the authors credibility, if the source is up to date, where it was published etc... the third paragraph should say how it can be used in an argumentative essay.
