Wine and food project

    Beverage Director Project: You are the beverage director of either a restaurant or hotel (student will choose). Your goal is to increase wine sales during the slow hours 2pm-6pm. Using current Texas guidelines, how will you increase your establishment's wine sales? This paper should be three pages, double spaced and include marketing and promotional material used to execute your plan.
