Pay attention to the details and in 2 pages, explain:
What do they say?
What topics are included?
What words or language do you notice?
What is the overall tone or message of the document?
What does he say he's trying to do? OR what is the rationale he is expressing?
How is Wilson positioning himself? The United States? What is "our" role?
