Select relevant work experiences (includes full-time, part-time, internships, etc.). Starting with a new sheet for each one, describe what you learned in each single position. Any related documentation should be placed immediately behind each page. Begin with most recent experience and work backward chronologically. Use pre-college work only if the experience resulted in college-level competencies. Write about 2-3 different jobs. Each reflection/essay should be at least one-page and should start on a new page.

In the subsequent paragraphs (2-3+), write about the following (you are not limited to writing only about these things but please incorporate them all in your response):
What have you LEARNED as a result of your performance in this position?
Did working this job (and/or with this company) change the way you look at yourself? If so, how?
Did working this job (and/or with this company) challenge any of your firmly held ideas?
What impact did working this job (and/or with this company) have on you individually, academically, and/or professionally, etc.?
