The paper should be a comparative study of three films:
“Eat Drink Man Woman 1994 directed by Ang Lee”
“M. Butterfly 1993 directed by David Cronenberg”
“Beijing Bicycle 2001 directed by Xiaoshuai Wang”
Elaborate on the cultural changes that occurred in Greater China through the 21st century. In the paper, you will compare the cultural representations of Greater China in the two films. In addition to directly referencing the movie, you must use at least two quotes (one is worth 10 points) related to your critical arguments from the textbook or other assigned readings in the course.
The final paper will be 5-8 pages and follow the MLA format of double-spaced and font size 12 with a list of references.
