Article: The Landlady

After reading The Landlady, we will be focusing on point of view writing and how it changes a story.
Your task is to write a 4-5 paragraph narrative from the point of view of another character in one of the stories
that we read.

1. Think about which character or point of view that story was in.
2. Think about what other characters were involved in the plot.
3. Choose one of those characters and rewrite the story or a major scene from that character’s point of view.
4. I.e. rewriting the conversation in the living room from the Landlady’s perspective.
5. Rewriting the story from the husband’s perspective.
