This will include the feedback and information reviewed within the seminars as well as an identification of how you know you have these skills. You should make use of the output and information gained from the personal evaluation tests suggested throughout the module and any other self evaluation or assessment tools, ie, psychometric assessments, to assist you in this analysis. You may also wish to include the output from these personal evaluation methods in your appendices.

Reflect on the following areas: What areas do you lack evidence in? Where do you need further examples / evidence in your applications? Where do you feel weak in your overall application?
o Career Action Plan – Once you have identified the areas you need to focus on, prepare a Career Action Plan that addresses both the personal development and specific career related activities you will undertake to support your development. Detail a brief summary of each area within the report. Full details, including the actions and what you hope to gain from them must be detailed in your summary detailed plan titled “Career Action Plan” which should be referred to in your report as necessary and be attached as an appendix.
o This plan should include the knowledge, skills and experiences you need to further develop e.g. commercial awareness, and specific activities to support you through the selection process e.g. interview skills, making presentations etc.
o Both through your own research, and using the information provided in the lectures, tutorials, Employability Week and on the module sites, you should come up with clear actions to get you to where you want to be. You should show the resources you will use to move the area of development forward and the timescales you will complete these in. This should cover as a minimum the time remaining to your graduation.
