Description
Leadership Case Studies Analysis and Essay – Students will analyze case studies 8, 13, 15, 27, & 28 from Cases in Health Services Management, 6th edition. Each student will apply principles of leadership (Competency 16) through analysis of various case studies, in which scenarios of governance, management, vision creation, employee empowerment, collaboration, and decision-making are represented.
The essay should be AMA format and has no particular required length. Please address the six overarching themes that are listed below. These six themes are also addressed in more depth in the rubric that also follows.
